摘　　要：目的探讨体位管理降低股骨颈骨折患者围手术期肺部感染的效果。方法选取北京积水潭医院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的股骨颈骨折行人工髋关节置换术患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取体位管理措施。比较两组患者术后1个月内肺部感染发生情况。结果术后1个月内,观察组肺部感染发生率为17.86%(10/56),低于对照组的46.43%(26/56),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.480,P<0.01)。结论体位管理在股骨颈骨折患者管理中有很好的疗效,降低了围手术期肺部感染发生率。Objective To explore the effects of posture management on reducing perioperative lung infection in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods Totally 112 patients with femoral neck fracture who received artificial hip replacement in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 56 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care,while patients in the observation group received posture management on this basis.The incidence of lung infection within 1 month after surgery was compared between the two groups.Results Within 1 month after surgery,the incidence of lung infection in the observation group was 17.86%(10/56),lower than 46.43%(26/56)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.480,P<0.01).Conclusions Posture management has a good effect on the management of patients with femoral neck fracture,which reduces the incidence of lung infection during the perioperative period.
