摘 要:热轧工艺对锆合金成品板材的力学及耐腐蚀性能有着重要影响,以Zr-Sn-Nb合金为研究对象,选取锻造板坯采用620℃和650℃两种热轧温度进行热轧,后经冷轧退火等工序完成成品板材制备.针对不同热轧工艺,研究了热轧后板坯表面状态及成品板材的拉伸性能及耐腐蚀性能.结果表明:对于该Zr-Sn-Nb合金,综合热轧板坯表面状态、成品板材力学及耐腐蚀性能分析,650℃热轧工艺优于620℃热轧,且板材成品率高.The hot rolling process has an important influence on the mechanical and corrosion resistance of zirconium alloy plates.In this paper,Zr-Sn-Nb alloy is taken as the research object,and the forging slab is hot rolled at 620℃and 650℃,and then the finished plate is prepared by cold rolling and annealing.According to different hot rolling processes,the surface state of hot rolled slab and the tensile properties and corrosion resistance of finished plate were studied.The results show that for the Zr-Sn-Nb alloy,combined with the comprehensive analysis of the surface state of the hot-rolled slab,the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the finished plate,the related properties of 650℃hot rolling process are better than that of 620℃hot rolling process,and the plate yield is high.
