摘 要:针对某矿18301综采工作面过S136陷落柱面临的技术难题,在对工作面陷落柱进行详细的地质探测基础上,采用采煤机割落和多点放震动炮的结合措施通过陷落柱,并探究对陷落柱处的顶板支护的技术措施,保证了18301综采面的快速回采,同时很大程度上将陷落柱产生的影响降到了最低,并提高了工作面、采区及矿井的回采率,为类似地质构造的工作面的安全回采提供了科学参考。In view of the technical difficulties faced by 18301 fully mechanized coal face passing through S136 collapse column in a certain mine, on the basis of detailed geological exploration of the collapse column in the working face, the combination measures of shearer cutting and multi-point blasting vibration gun are adopted to pass through the collapse column, and the technical measures of roof support at the collapse column are explored to ensure the 18301 working face. Continuous advancement not only effectively reduces the impact of subsidence column on production, but also improves the recovery rate of coal resources, and provides technical guidance for the method of passing through subsidence column in future working face.
