摘 要:为了解决西南矿区特殊的复杂地质条件下煤层多、距离近,石门揭煤次数多、时间长的问题,提出了近距离多煤层石门快速揭煤技术:采用长钻孔预抽多煤层、短钻孔配合抽采单一煤层,实现超前加验证的方式联合抽采所揭煤层瓦斯,同时采用钻孔全程下套管"两堵一注"高水材料带压封孔及下向孔"压风吹水"技术,提高抽采效果,以便降低煤层的瓦斯含量及弹性势能。工程试验结果表明:通过此技术方法,长距离钻孔最长施工240 m,一般钻孔施工在200 m左右,有效控制前方多个煤层,所揭开的煤层最长用时26 d,较原始揭煤程序时间缩短了48%,有效实现了石门快速揭煤。In order to solve the problem of more coal seam and more distance under the special complex geological conditions in the southwest mining area and the long time of rock cross-cut coal uncovering, the rock cross-cut rapid coal uncovering technology is put forward in the near distance multi seam coal seam. At the same time, the gas content and the elastic potential energy of the coal seam are reduced by the technology of pressure sealing and wind blowing of the lower hole with the "two plugging" high water material. The result of the engineering test shows that through this method,the longest construction of long distance drilling is 240 m, the general drilling construction is about 200 m,and many coal seams ahead are controlled effectively. The longest time used in the coal seam is 26 days, and the time of the original coal uncovering program is shortened by 48%. The rock cross-cut rapid coal uncovering has been effectively realized.
