摘 要:针对常规钻孔群施工中存在的诸多问题,提出钻孔群智能设计的方法解决目前钻孔在设计中存在的问题。对穿层钻孔群在瓦斯防治技术的作用进行了分析,对钻孔群设计影响因素进行了分析,对钻孔设计、钻孔施工方法等进行了研究。钻孔群轨迹智能设计是建立在分析成孔钻孔轨迹偏移规律的基础上,通过数据计算、统计、分析的方法智能设计开孔方位,使设计钻孔施工能够达到合理抽取瓦斯的要求。通过现场的实际使用证明,巷道钻孔群智能设计系统的使用使瓦斯抽放钻孔施工效率得到了极大提高,智能化设计钻孔利用效果得到了加强。In view of the problems existing in the construction of the conventional through layer drilling group, the intelligent design method of the drilling group is proposed to solve the problems existing in the design of the through layer drilling at present. Analyzes the role of the cross layer drilling group in the gas control technology, the influencing factors of the drilling group design, the drilling design, the drilling construction method and so on. The intelligent design of drilling group trajectory is based on the analysis of the deviation law of the drilling trajectory, through the method of data calculation,statistics and analysis, to intelligently design the opening direction, so that the design of drilling construction can meet the requirements of reasonable gas extraction. Through the practical application in the field, it is proved that the use of the intelligent design system of the tunnel drilling group greatly improves the construction efficiency of gas drainage drilling holes, the effect of the intelligent design of drilling holes has been greatly enhanced.
