摘 要:为了预防煤层自然发火事故,利用煤自然发火模拟实验气体产物分析方法,对某矿10+11#煤层煤样进行自然发火气体产物模拟实验。根据实验数据,分析了CO、烯烃气体、烷烃气体的产生规律,绘制了煤样升温氧化过程中产生气体浓度随温度的变化曲线,并对煤样自然发火标志气体分析。最后优选出CO、C2H4、C2H2、C2H4/C2H6、C3H8/C2H6作为该矿10+11#煤层煤自然发火预测指标。In order to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal seam, uses the gas product analysis method of coal spontaneous combustion simulation experiment to simulate the gas product of 10 +11 coal seam. According to the experimental data, the production rules of CO, olefin gas and alkane gas are analyzed. The curve of gas concentration with temperature in the process of coal sample temperature rising oxidation is drawn, and the mark gases of spontaneous combustion of coal sample are analyzed. Finally, CO, C2 H4, C2 H2, C2 H4/C2 H6 and C3 H8/C2 H6 are selected as the prediction indexes of spontaneous combustion of the 10+11 coal seam.
