摘 要:为了解决工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题,提出了超大直径钻孔治理上隅角瓦斯技术,阐述了超大直径钻孔治理上隅角瓦斯技术原理,结合现场经验,得出了钻机操作注意事项,形成了超大直径钻孔施工工艺,并对影响钻孔施工的影响因素进行了分析和研究。现场施工结果表明:严格按照操作程序、施工工艺、控制施工影响因素后,钻孔成孔率从40%提高到89%,断钻杆率从60%降低到22.2%,钻孔终孔高度从平均1.6 m提升到3.0 m,极大提高了施工质量。In order to solve the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner of working face,the technology of controlling upper corner gas by super-large diameter borehole was put forward.Expounded the technical principle of super-large diameter borehole to control gas in upper corner.Combined with field experience, the matters needing attention in drilling rig operation were obtained,the construction technology of super-large diameter borehole has been formed, and several factors influencing the drilling construction were analyzed and studied. Field construction results showed that after strictly following the procedure, construction technology and controlling the influencing factors of construction, the drilling hole forming rate increased from 40% to 89%, the drill pipe breaking rate decreased from 60% to 22.2%, and the final borehole height increased from 1.6 m to 3.0 m on average,which greatly improved the construction quality.
