摘 要:根据采煤工作面突水系数和二1煤层底板承压情况,提出矿井底板水害3种针对性治理模式。按照针对性治理模式,合理选取注浆层位,采用针对性底板注浆加固技术,对裴沟煤矿31采区31031、31051、31071、31111、31131综采工作面和32采区32071综采工作面底板水害进行治理,工作面回采过程中均未出现底板涌水现象,实现了安全回采,实际涌水量比预测涌水量减少90%以上,治理效果显著。针对性治理模式在降低底板突水危险性的基础上,减少底板注浆费用,实现了安全、经济的目的。Based on water inrush coefficient of coal face and aquifer pressure on No.2-1 coal seam floor, three models of targeted control on floor water disaster were proposed. According to the three models, grouting layer was rationally selected, targeted floor grouting reinforcement techniques were applied on 31031, 31051, 31071, 31111 and 31131 fully-mechanized caving coal faces in 31 panel and 32071 coal face in 32 panel, in Peigou coal mine. In the process of working faces mining, there was no floor water gushing phenomenon, and the safe mining was realized. The actual water gushing of working face is more than 90% lower than the predicted, and the control effect is significant. On the basis of reducing the risk of water inrush from the floor aquifer, the targeted control modes reduced the cost of the floor grouting, and the goal of safety and economy was achieved.
