摘 要:为获得不同密度和力学强度的相似材料配比,选用石膏、碳酸钙及河砂3种原材料配置低强度相似材料,设置水量为1/7、1/9,测试了试件的物理力学等指标参数。试件的破坏形态主要呈现剪切破坏和劈裂破坏;水量为1/9和1/7的试件抗压强度分别为30.7~357.3 kPa、46.4~426.2 kPa,可以满足不同配比下岩层相似材料的力学要求。当水量为1/9时,碳酸钙:石膏质量比是影响相似材料单轴抗压强度的主要因素;当水量为1/7时,砂胶比是影响相似材料单轴抗压强度的主要因素。实验结果为煤层开采相似材料模拟试验提供了理论依据。In order to obtain the ratio of similar materials with different density and mechanical strength, gypsum, calcium carbonate and river sand were selected to configure similar materials with low strength. Water accounts for 1/7 and 1/9 of the total weight of the three materials, and the physical and mechanical parameters of the specimen were tested.The failure modes of specimens are mainly shear failure and splitting failure.The compressive strength of specimens with water content of 1/9 and1/7 ranged from 30.7 kPa to 357.3 kPa and 46.4 kPa to 426.2 kPa respectively, which could meet the mechanical requirements of similar materials in rock strata with different ratios. When the water content is 1/9, the mass ratio of calcium carbonate and gypsum is the main factor affecting the uniaxial compressive strength of similar materials. When the water content is 1/7, the ratio of sand to binder is the main factor affecting the uniaxial compressive strength of similar materials. The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for the simulation test of similar materials in coal mining.
