摘 要:在中小型煤矿开采中,工作面较短,掘进设备拆装较频繁,爆破落煤、耙装机装煤方式的落后,在很大程度上制约了煤巷的掘进速度,爆破、耙装机耙装作业易带来安全隐患,炮掘工艺已无法满足矿井安全生产需要。作为一种新型替代人工作业的设备,挖掘式装载机具有体积小,工作效率高,主要适用于中小型煤矿作业空间狭窄的煤巷、半煤岩巷道掘进作业。In small and medium-sized coal mining, the working face is short, the equipment for excavation is disassembled and installed more frequently, and the backward coal loading method of blasting and falling coal and raking machine is behind, which greatly restricts the speed of excavation in coal lanes. Blasting and raking machines are easy to bring safety hazards. Cannon excavation technology can not meet the safety production needs of the mine. As a new type of equipment to replace human work, the excavation-type loader has small volume and high working efficiency. It is mainly suitable for the excavation of coal lanes and semi-coal rock roadways with narrow working space in small and medium-sized coal mines.
