摘 要:在研究主流现场总线技术和煤矿设备现状下,针对以往绞车通信中传统载波带宽小、总线抗扰能力弱及传输间距近等缺点,为实现绞车提升设备与机房间点对多点的高效稳定信号传输,设计了基于CAN总线的煤矿绞车提升信号系统。采用数字模式处理技术,将低功耗STM32作为主控制器,架构CAN总线进行信号传输。并通过对CAN总线的终端电阻、拓扑结构和总线阻抗等参数的系统分析,获得了限制CAN总线传输距离的制约条件,有效改善了系统信号传输性能。Under the research of main field bus technology and current situation of coal mine equipment, aiming at the shortcomings of traditional winch communication, such as small carrier bandwidth, weak bus immunity and short transmission distance, in order to realize the efficient and stable signal transmission between winch lifting equipment and machine room point to multipoint, a coal mine winch lifting signal system based on CAN bus is designed. Using digital mode processing technology, STM32 with low power consumption is used as the main controller, and can bus is used for signal transmission. By analyzing the parameters of CAN bus, such as terminal resistance, topological structure and bus impedance, the restriction conditions that limit the transmission distance of CAN bus are obtained, and the signal transmission performance of the system is effectively improved.
