摘  要:为了解决肖家洼煤矿商品煤机械采样机水分损失较大的问题,采用调整初级采样器与带式输送机带面的间隙,改造环锤式破碎机和样品收集器等措施,将带式输送机中部采样机所采取的煤样全水分损失控制在0.5%左右,使采样机所采煤样客观地反应商品煤的质量情况,增加了出矿煤质检验的公信力,赢得了客户对出矿检验数据的认可。In order to solve the problem of large water loss in the commercial coal machine sampling machine of Xiaojiawa coal mine, the gap between the primary sampler and the belt conveyor is adjusted, and the ring hammer crusher and sample collector are modified to take the belt. The total moisture loss of the coal sample taken by the central sampling machine is controlled at about 0.5%,which makes the coal sample sampled by the sampling machine objectively reflect the quality of the commercial coal, increases the credibility of the coal quality inspection, and wins the customer′ s inspection of the mining. Recognition of the data.
