摘  要:采用超声分散法将氧化石墨烯(GO)分散到二甲基亚砜中,再将混合液与棉秆皮微晶纤维素(MCC)和氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑([BMim]Cl)溶解液混合,通过垂直悬滴法制备醇凝胶球,用超临界二氧化碳干燥法制备棉秆皮纤维素/氧化石墨烯(MCC-GO)气凝胶球。采用粒径分布软件、SEM、TG、FTIR对样品的形貌结构进行表征。结果表明,当MCC为[BMim]Cl质量的3%时,纤维素醇凝胶球成型效果最好,平均粒径为2.71 mm;随着GO含量(以MCC质量为基准,下同)的增加,醇凝胶球的平均粒径变化不明显,均匀程度降低,确定系数(R2)由0.9985降低到0.8897;而气凝胶球平均粒径随着GO含量的增加先增大后减小,粒径均匀程度降低,R2由0.9915降低到0.6864,当GO含量为6%时,MCC-GO气凝胶球平均粒径最大,为1.79mm,体积收缩率最小,为57.0%。GO的添加增大了气凝胶内部孔隙,改变了孔结构,提高了MCC气凝胶球的热稳定性和吸附能力。Nano graphene oxide(GO)was dispersed into dimethyl sulfoxide by ultrasonic dispersion method,and then the mixture was mixed with a solution of cotton stalk bast microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole chloride([BMim]Cl).The mixed solution was prepared into alcohol gel spheres by a method of vertical hanging drop,and then cotton stalk bast cellulose/graphene oxide(MCC-GO)aerogel spheres were prepared using a supercritical carbon dioxide drying method.Nano measurer software,SEM,TG and FTIR were used to characterize the morphology and structure of the samples.The results showed that when the content of MCC was 3%of[BMim]Cl mass,the prepared cellulose alcohol gel spheres had the best forming effect with an average particle size of 2.71 mm.With the increase of GO content(based on mass of MCC,the same below),the average particle size of alcohol gel spheres did not change significantly,and the uniformity decreased.The determination coefficient(R2)decreased from 0.9985 to 0.8897.While the average particle size of aerogel spheres increased first and then decreased with the increase of GO content,and the uniformity decreased.The determination coefficient R2 decreased from 0.9915 to 0.6864.When the GO content was 6%,the MCC-GO aerogel spheres had the largest average particle size of 1.79 mm and the minimum volume shrinkage of 57.0%.The addition of GO increased the inside porosity of aerogels,changed the pore structure,and improved the thermal stability and adsorption of MCC aerogel spheres.
