摘 要:以腰果酚聚氧乙烯醚(BGF-10)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,通过直接酯化法合成了丙烯酸腰果酚聚醚酯(BGFAA)。考察了不同因素对酯化率的影响,并采用响应面优化法对酯化工艺进行了优化。得出合成BGFAA的最佳工艺条件为:在反应温度127℃、反应时间5.2 h、n(AA)∶n(BGF-10)=1.6∶1.0、阻聚剂用量0.6%(以BGF-10与AA总质量为基准,下同)、催化剂用量5%时,酯化率达到93.23%。BGFAA结构经FTIR、1HNMR进行了确证。将自制BGFAA和AA引发聚合制备了一种聚合物稠油破乳剂,以脱水率和脱出污水含油吸光度为指标研究了其对陈庄稠油W/O乳液的破乳脱水性能。结果表明,当破乳温度为60℃、破乳时间为2.5 h、破乳剂用量500 mg/L时,脱水率达到86.8%,脱出污水含油吸光度为1.05。与两种商用破乳剂相比,制备的破乳剂具有脱水率高、脱出水质清澈的优势。Cardanol acrylate polyether ester(BGFAA)was synthesized from cardanol polyoxyethylene ether(BGF-10)and acrylic acid(AA)by direct esterification.The effects of different factors on the esterification rate were investigated,and the esterification process was optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions for the synthesis of BGFAA were obtained as follows:reaction temperature of 127℃,reaction time of 5.2 h,n(AA)∶n(BGF-10)=1.6∶1.0,polymerization inhibitor dosage 0.6%(based on the total mass of BGF-10 and AA,the same below)and catalyst dosage 5%.Under these conditions,the esterification rate reached 93.23%.The structure of BGFAA was characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR.A novel polymer heavy oil demulsifier was prepared using self-made BGFAA and AA as raw materials.The demulsification and dehydration performance of W/O emulsion of Chen Zhuang heavy oil was studied by taking dehydration rate and oil absorbance of dehydrated sewage as indexes.When the demulsification temperature was 60℃,the demulsification time was 2.5 h,and the dosage of demulsifier was 500 mg/L,the dehydration rate reached 86.8%and the oil absorbance of dehydrated sewage was 1.05.Compared with two commercial demulsifiers,the prepared demulsifier has the advantages of high dehydration rate and clear water quality.
