摘 要:以芳香胺为原料,三(2,2’-联吡啶)二氯化钌为光敏剂〔[(bpy)3Ru]Cl2〕,碘化亚铜(Cu I)为催化剂,乙腈(CH3CN)为溶剂,室温下,氧气为氧化剂,可见光促进芳香胺合成对称型芳香偶氮类化合物,收率最高可达98%。采用1HNMR和13CNMR对产物进行了结构确证。对反应条件进行了优化,确定了光敏剂、催化剂、添加剂、溶剂、光照时间等关键参数。该方法具有条件温和、高效和清洁等优点。A series of symmetric aromatic azo compounds were synthesized from different aromatic amines using tris(2,2’-bipyridine)ruthenium dichloride〔[(bpy)3 Ru]Cl2〕as photosensitizer,cuprous iodide(CuI)as catalyst,acetonitrile(CH3 CN)as solvent,oxygen as oxidant at room temperature under visible light irradiation.The best yield was up to 98%.All products were characterized by 1HNMR and 13CNMR.The reaction conditions were optimized and the key parameters such as photosensitizer,catalyst,additive,solvent,and irradiation time were determined.This method has the advantages of mild condition,high efficiency and cleanness.
