Maintenance Cycle Determined Based on the Reliability of Anti-roll Torsion Bar of Railway Passenger Bogie

摘  要:利用Minitab数据统计分析软件对铁道客车抗侧滚扭杆装置加速寿命试验失效数据进行分析,拟合抗侧滚扭杆装置失效数据初步判定服从指数分布,进一步采用Bartlett值验证失效数据也服从指数分布.以此分布函数为基础进行可靠性分析,计算出抗侧滚扭杆装置失效率、可靠度、平均寿命、剩余寿命等参数.确定抗侧滚扭杆装置最佳的检查维修间隔时间是143 h,可以实现抗侧滚扭杆装置总预计检查维修费用最小化.Minitab data statistical analysis software is used to analyze failure data of anti-roll torsion bars and the exponential distribution is determined by fitting the failure data of such bars.And then Bartlett value is applied to verify whether the failure data obeys the exponential distribution.Based on this distribution function,reliability analysis for the anti-roll torsion bars is carried out for purpose of calculating parameters such as failure rate,reliability,average life,and remaining life of the bars.It is determined that the optimal maintenance cycle for those bars is 143 hours,and the total estimated inspection and maintenance cost of the bars can be minimized.
