摘 要:建立了汽车底盘后桥的几何模型和有限元模型.基于有限元软件ANSYS,对衬套和纵臂的焊接温度场分布进行了模拟计算,分析了衬套和纵臂连接处焊接后的残余应力场分布情况,并实际测量了衬套和纵臂连接处各对应位置的残余应力大小.结果表明,仿真值与实际应力值基本一致,证明了基于有限元仿真的数学模型和仿真结果的正确性和适用性.The geometric and finite element models of the rear axle of the automobile chassis are constructed.Based on the finite element software ANSYS,the distribution of the welding temperature field of the sleeve and the longitudinal arm is simulated and calculated,and the distribution of the residual stress field after welding at the joint of the sleeve and the longitudinal arm is analyzed,and the residual stress of each corresponding position of the weld is measured.The results show that the simulation value is basically consistent with the actual stress value,which proves the correctness and applicability of the mathematical model and simulation results based on the finite element simulation.
