摘　　要：肌内效贴是一种高弹性、高粘性、高抗过敏性的胶带,早期用于运动损伤的防治,现已经被广泛应用于运动及医疗领域,近年来针刺疗法与肌内效贴结合应用于临床呈现增加趋势。本文首先叙述了国内外近年来针刺结合肌内效贴治疗软织组损伤性疾病及部分神经系统性疾病现状,显示二者结合临床应用具有协同增效性,同时综述了二者结合机理研究现状。最后指出需进一步强化二者结合内在机制研究;需遵照循证医学要求,选定研究病种,临床设计大样本、多地区、随机对照科学试验,进一步观察二者结合临床疗效;需遵循针刺与肌内效贴国内外行业标准,进一步规范临床操作,积极探索二者协同增效新方法;需进一步扩大二者结合临床应用范围,扩大临床应用领域。Kinesio taping is a kind of high elasticity, high viscosity, high anti-allergy tape, which was used in the prevention and treatment of sports injuries in the early days. It has been widely used in sports and medical fields. In recent years, acupuncture therapy and Kinesio taping have been combined with clinical applications. There is an increasing trend. This paper first describes the present situation of acupuncture combined with Kinesio taping in the treatment of sports injuries and some neurosystemic diseases in recent years. It is shown that the combination of the two has synergies in clinical application. At the same time, the research status of the combination mechanism is reviewed. Finally, the author points out that it is necessary to further strengthen the study of the internal mechanism combined with the two. It is necessary to follow the requirements of evidence-based medicine to select and study diseases, clinical design of large samples, multi-region, randomized controlled scientific experiments, and further observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of the two. It is necessary to follow domestic and foreign industry standards of acupuncture and intramuscular efficacy, further standardize clinical operation, and actively explore new ways of synergy between the two. It is necessary to expand the scope of clinical application and expand the field of clinical application.
