摘 要:目的:探究儿童血清中25羟-维生素D3水平与骨密度及脂代谢异常发生的关系。方法:将本院2018年3月~2019年3月接收的150例健康体检儿童纳入研究,均接受抽血检测血脂水平和25羟-维生素D3水平,依据儿童血清中的25羟-维生素D3水平分为A组(n=30)、B组(n=45)和C组(n=75),A组25羟-维生素D3水平<20μg/L;B组20μg/L <25羟-维生素D3水平<30μg/L;C组25羟-维生素D3水平> 30μg/L;对所有儿童进行骨密度检测分析,探究儿童血清中25羟-维生素D3水平与骨密度之间的关系,并分析脂代谢异常患儿血清中25羟-维生素D3水平与其疾病发生的联系。结果:A组儿童缺乏25羟-维生素D3,其腰椎、股骨粗隆和股骨颈的骨密度显著低于B组和C组(P <0.05),且A组血脂指标TG、TC和LDL-C显著高于B组和C组(P <0.05);A组儿童发生超重率和肥胖率分别26.67%、43.33%,显著高于B组和C组(P <0.05)。结论:儿童血清中25羟-维生素D3水平与其骨密度及脂代谢具有相关性,其缺乏可能会导致儿童肥胖的发生。Objective: To explore the relationship between serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 level and abnormal bone mineral density and lipid metabolism in children. Method: A total of 150 healthy children received by our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study. Blood lipid levels and 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 levels were measured by blood sampling. According to the serum level of 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 in children, they were divided into group A(n=30), group B(n=45)and group C(n=75). 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 levels of group A was less than 20μg/L, while group B was 20μg/L < 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 levels < 30μg/L, group C was more than 30μg/L. Bone mineral density(BMD)was measured and analyzed in all children to explore the relationship between serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 level and BMD. The relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level and the occurrence of diseases in children with abnormal lipid metabolism was analyzed. Result: The BMD of lumbar spine, femoral trochanter and femoral neck in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and C(P < 0.05). The levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in this group were significantly higher than those in group B and C(P < 0.05). The incidence of overweight and obesity in group A was 26.67% and 43.33% respectively, which was significantly higher than those in group B and C(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 levels in children are correlated with bone mineral density and lipid metabolism. Lack of 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 may lead to obesity in children.
