摘 要:以华东地区某城市老城区污水处理厂服务片区为研究对象进行分析,发现采取防倒灌措施后,污水处理厂污染物进水浓度提升明显。平原高地下水位地区污水处理厂进水浓度影响因素由大到小分别为:地下水入渗、管道沉积和降解、河水倒灌、降雨,对污染物进水浓度影响程度(以BOD5计)分别为:25%~34%、17%~26%、13%~18%、7%~10%。在平原老城区实施"清污分流",建议优先采取的措施为防治河水倒灌、管网修复,管网系统相对完备后可采取降低管网运行水位的措施,雨污分流需伴随着老城区改造循序渐进。通过多项措施的逐步实施,最终实现提高污水处理厂进水浓度的目标。Taking the service area of a sewage treatment plant in an old urban area of a city in East China as a research object,a systematic analysis found that after the anti-backflow measures were taken,the influent concentration of the sewage treatment plant increased significantly.The influencing factors of the influent concentration of sewage treatment plants in high groundwater levels in the plains are as follows in descending order:groundwater infiltration,pipeline deposition and degradation,river water backflow,and rainfall.The degree of influence on the influent concentration(in BOD5)is:25%~34%,17%~26%,13%~18%,7%~10%,respectively.For the implementation of"Clear water and sewage diversion"in the old urban area of the plain,it is recommended to take priority measures to prevent river water backflow and pipe network repair.After the pipe network system meets the requirements,measures can be taken to reduce the operating water level of the pipe network.The rainwater and sewage pipeline diversion should be gradually implemented along with the renovation of the old urban area.With the gradual implementation of multiple measures,the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of the wastewater treatment plant’s influent concentration would be finally achieved.
