摘 要:通过收集分析东北地区某大型超滤膜自来水厂长期运行中的出水水质和膜通量等数据,考察超滤膜长期运行过程中分离性能的变化规律,评价超滤膜寿命。结果表明,超滤膜处理出水的浊度、菌落总数、藻密度以及耗氧量(CODMn)等水质指标稳定;但是超滤膜的比通量在运行过程中逐渐降低,在刚开始运行的前2年降低比较缓慢,后2年减低速度明显加快;对影响膜比通量下降因素进行分析发现,比通量的变化与超滤膜的累积产水量、浊度累积截留量、菌落总数累积截留量、藻类累积截留量、CODMn累积截留量等相关性较大。建立了两种膜寿命评价方法,一种是采用超滤膜化学清洗前后比通量对比法,得到的膜寿命为1570d;另一种是采用月均最小比通量法,得到的膜寿命为1255d。This study investigats the change rule of the separation performance during the longterm operation of the ultrafiltration membrane and evaluated.The ultrafiltration membrane life through collecting and analyzing data including the effluent quality and membrane flux during a long-term operation of a large-scale ultrafiltration membrane water treatment plant in Northeast China.The results show that the water quality indicators of the effluent from the ultrafiltration membrane treatment,such as turbidity,total colonies,algal density,and oxygen consumption(CODMn)were very stable.The decrease in the first two years was relatively slow,and the rate of decrease in the next two years was significantly accelerated.The analysis of the factors influencing the decrease of the membrane specific flux revealed that the change of the specific flux was highly correlated with cumulative water production,cumulative turbidity interception,cumulative total colony interception,cumulative algae interception,and cumulative CODMninterception of the ultrafiltration membrane.Two methods of membrane life-time evaluation have been established,the comparison of specific flux before and after ultrafiltration membrane cleaning,and the obtained membrane life-time is 1570 d;the other is the monthly average minimum specific flux method,and the obtained membrane life-time is 1255 d.
