摘  要:介绍了上海漕泾电厂2×1 000 MW超超临界汽轮发电机组汽轮机凝结水溶解氧超标的情况,分析了溶解氧超标对机组的危害。结合目前机组供热的现状,分析了可能的原因,并提出了针对性的方案和措施。通过对凝补水系统的改造以及门杆漏汽系统的改造,从多方面入手解决凝结水溶解氧超标的问题,为其它同类型机组的凝结水溶解氧超标问题提供可借鉴的经验。This paper introduces the situation of over standard dissolved oxygen in condensate water of steam turbine of 2 ~*1000 MW ultra supercritical turbogenerator unit in Shanghai Caojing Power Plant.The harm of excessive dissolved oxygen to the unit is analyzed.Combining with the present situation of unit heating,the possible reasons are analyzed,and the corresponding schemes and measures are put forward.Through reforming the condensate supplement water system and the valve stem leakage system,the problem of excessive dissolved oxygen in condensate water is solved from many aspects,which provides a reference experience for other similar units in excess of dissolved oxygen in condensate water.
