摘  要:国家对环境减排要求的提高,使用SNCR技术对垃圾焚烧炉的排放控制愈来愈受到重视,为了掌握在高负荷焚烧垃圾时控制排放的情况,通过某垃圾焚烧炉的运行调整的实践,从焚烧调整和脱硝调整两个方面进行了试验,得出在垃圾热值7 100~7 610 kJ/kg的范围内(设计热值范围内),负荷在100%~110%范围,控制炉排下一次风风压为1.7~2.01 kPa,各级炉排风量自干燥级-燃烧级-燃尽级总体上是两端小、中间大,而炉排转速自干燥级-燃烧级-燃尽级是依次递减的,炉墙冷却风约占一次风量的17%且配合二次风门开度为40%,有利于改善NOX的排放,提高脱硝的效率。两层左右墙的喷氨枪(共12支)呈上下和左右侧错位投入,前墙保持2层(共4支)至少3支投用,共投入9~11支的方式,即可达到欧标或国家排放标准,为SNCR脱硝技术在焚烧垃圾电厂的应用提供参考。With the improvement of national environmental emission reduction requirements,more and more attention has been paid to the emission control of MSW incinerator by using SNCR technology.Through the practice of the operation adjustment of a garbage incinerator,experiments have been carried out from two aspects,including incineration and de-nitration,to illustrate the situation of controlling emissions of high load incineration of garbage.The results show that,in the range of garbage calorific value 7 100~7 610 kJ/kg(within the design calorific value range),the load is 100%~110%,and the next air pressure of grate is 1.7 ~2.01 kpa.The air volume of each grate from drying stage to combustion stage is small at both ends and large in the middle,while the rotation speed of grate from drying stage to combustion stage,and then to burnout stage decreases in turn,and the cooling air of furnace wall accounts for about 17% of primary air volume.When the opening of the secondary air door is 40%,the NOx emission can be ameliorated and the efficiency of out of stock can be improved.The two-layer left and right wall ammonia spray guns(12 in total) are put into operation in a staggered manner,and the front wall is kept at least in nos.3(4 in total),with a total of 9~11,which can meet the European standard or national emission standard.It provides a reference for the application of SNCR denitrification technology in waste incineration power plant.
