摘　　要：系统检索PubMed、中国知网和万方数据库,对普朗特液体和凝胶伤口敷料的安全性和有效性进行综述,并评价液体敷料的经济性。以糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)伤口为例,采用最小成本分析法探究普朗特液体敷料的经济性。结果发现,普朗特相对于其他临床常用敷料的有效性及安全性良好;相较于生理盐水等其他液体敷料,普朗特液体敷料在中国DFU感染伤口中应用更具经济性。To systematically review the safety and efficacy of Prontosan solution and gel,and to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of Prontosan solution.All literatures on clinical research of Prontosan solution or gel were retrieved to evaluate their safety and efficacy by systematically searching PubMed,Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and Wan Fang Digital Journal Full-text Library.Cost-minimization analysis(CMA)method was used to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of Prontosan solution by taking the diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)wound as an example.It was found that Prontosan is safer and more effective than other commonly used wound dressings,and is more economical to apply to DFU-infected wounds in China.
