摘 要:电力市场的发展进入现货市场阶段,对区域间输电容量在线评估提出新的要求。利用Benders算法求解N-1可用传输容量问题,大幅度降低计算维度,但是也容易产生过矫正、振荡等问题。仅考虑电网的N-1可靠性,忽略下级电网联络线的负荷转供能力,计算结果过于保守,影响电力市场中断面处的交易量。文中提出一种基于Benders算法的ATC计算新方法。分析220 kV片区电网输电容量时考虑到110 kV高压配电网重构对潜在供电能力的挖掘作用。对N-1安全故障进行网络重构,在不增加问题复杂度的前提下,提高区域输电容量,用Benders分解法降低问题求解维度,节约计算时间,适用于在线分析。以IEEE 30节点算例进行仿真,结果表明计及高压配电网重构的多片区整体ATC可相比于无重构能力的片区ATC提高24%。The electricity market develops into the spot market stage,requiring higher on-line assessment requirement for inter-regional available transmission capacity.The Benders algorithm is adopted to solve the N-1 available transmission capacity problem,which can significantly reduce computing dimensions,but is also prone to over-correction,oscillation and other issues.The transaction volume in the cross-section will be reduced because of only considering the N-1 reliability of the power grid,ignoring the lower-level power grid reconfiguration that cause the calculation result too conservative.This paper presents a new method of ATC calculation based on Benders algorithm.The ATC of 220 kV area is analyzed taking into account of the excavation of potential power supply capacity of 110 kV high voltage distribution network reconfiguration.The network reconstruction of N-1 security fault is carried out,and the ATC is improved without increasing the complexity of the problem.The problem is solved by Benders decomposition method,which saves the calculation time and is suitable for on-line analysis.The simulation is carried out with the IEEE 30-node example.The results show that the overall ATC of the multi-slice area considering the reconstruction of the high-voltage distribution network can be 24%higher than the ATC without reconfiguration capability.
