宁夏生态移民心理满意度调查——以五堆子移民村为例

摘　　要：本文在宁夏典型区域生态移民综合调研的基础上,以宁夏五堆子生态移民村为例,运用PRA法对随机抽取的60户移民心理满意度进行问卷调查,探讨移民对其"物质财富"、"个人幸福感"和"所享受的社会福祉水平(社会诚信度、家庭生活、政府管理和社区组织管理)"的满意度及其影响因素。结果表明:移民对"个人幸福感"和"所享受社会福祉水平"中的"社会诚信度"的满意度较高,对其"所享受社会福祉"中的"社区和组织管理"满意度较低,对搬迁后的"物质财富"、"所享受社会福祉"中的"家庭生活"和"政府管理"的满意度居中;综合评价了五堆子生态移民村的心理满意度处于"一般"水平。通过进一步分析,揭示了宁夏移民村产业发展相对滞后、移民思想观念比较落后、文化水平低、社会适应能力弱、政府提供的社会福祉较少等是导致生态移民心理满意度不高的主要原因,并提出在增加移民物质财富、提高个人幸福感和增加生态移民所能享受的社会福祉等方面的对策。Based on the comprehensive survey of eco-migrant village in the typical region of Ningxia,this study takes Wuduizi eco-migrant village as an example and uses the PRA method to conduct a questionnaire survey on the psychological satisfaction of 60 randomly selected immigrants to discuss immigrants’satisfaction with"material wealth","personal well-being"and"the level of social well-being enjoyment(social integrity,family life,government management and communities’organization and management)"and its influencing factors.The results indicated the immigrants have great satisfaction with the"personal well-being"and the"social integrity"in the aspect of"the level of social well-being enjoyment",but has low satisfaction with"community and its management"in"the social well-being enjoyment".And the satisfaction with"material wealth"and the two aspects of"family life"and"governance management"in"the social well-being enjoyment"was in the medium level.Through further analysis,it is revealed that the relatively backward industrial development of Ningxia immigration areas,the relatively backward immigration ideas,low literate level,weak social adaptability,and less social welfare provided by the government are the main reasons for the low psychological satisfaction of ecological immigrants.Some countermeasures are put forward to increase the material wealth of immigrants,improve personal well-being and increase the social well-being that ecological immigrants can enjoy.
