摘  要:南宋思想家叶适基于时代背景形成其独具特色的本体论、认识论和方法论的政治哲学理论体系,否定以朱熹为代表的南宋理学道统观,提出了"义利合一"的国家治理理念。叶适反对传统儒家的重农抑商观念,支持工商业发展,提倡土地私有制,提出稳定纸币币值,主张社会应理财而不能敛财,并将财富藏于万民。这种富有前瞻性的经济发展与国家治理理论,主张本末并举的思想逻辑,具有鲜明的时代特征与现实意义。YE Shi,a thinker of Southern Song,formed his unique system of ontological,epistemological and methodological political philosophy theory with the characteristics of Song dynasty.He brought up the idea of national governance based on the unity of justice and benefits,which was in denial about the Confucianism of Southern Song supported by ZHU Xi.YE Shi opposed the traditional Confucianism of only focusing on the development of agriculture but suppressing the development of business.Instead,he strongly supported developing the industry and commerce.Additionally,he advocated the private ownership of the land,the stable value of funds,and the importance of financial management.From YE Shi’s perspective,a rational government should enrich its citizens rather than exploiting them.His forward-looking theory about economic development and national governance,as well as the logic of balance,owns both the remarkable historical feature and full practical significance.
