摘 要:用耐热的环氧树脂、改性环氧树脂(自制)、稀释剂、紫外荧光粉、脂肪多胺、聚醚胺和促进剂按一定比例混合,制备了一种可用于干式空心电抗器包封绝缘微裂纹检测及修复的渗透剂。并通过万能拉力机、介电测试仪,电镜等对渗透剂的基本性能、介电性能、微观结构等性能进行了考察。结果表明,本渗透剂对干式空心电抗器包封绝缘结构的复合材料有良好的浸润性、渗透性以及粘接性能,并有着较好的耐热性能,可保证干式空心电抗器整个工作温区内正常运行,固化后的渗透剂具备优秀的机械和电气性能:拉伸剪切强度为8.64MPa,冲击强度为34.5kJ/m2,体积电阻率为8.1×1015Ω·cm,电气强度为26.4kV/mm,适合干式空心电抗器包封绝缘微细裂纹户外的判定及修复。A penetrant which can be used for the detection and repair of encapsulation insulation micro-cracks on dry-type air-core reactor is prepared by mixing a certain proportion of heat-resistant epoxy resin,modified epoxy resin(self-made),diluent,UV phosphor,aliphatic polyamine,polyether amine and accelerant.The basic performance,dielectric properties and micro structure of the penetrant is tested by the universal tensile machine,dielectric tester and electron microscope.The results show that the penetrant has a good wettability,permeability and strong bonding strength for the dry-type air-core reactor encapsulation insulation material.The cured penetrant possesses a high mechanical strength and electrical performance whose tensile shear strength,impact strength,volume resistivity and electric strength is 8.64MPa,34.5kJ/m2,8.1×1015Ω·cm and 26.4kV/mm respectively.Furthermore,the penetrant has a good heat-resistant performance,which can ensure the normal operation of the dry-type air-core reactor at the entire working temperature.Therefore the penetrant is suitable for the detection and repair of outdoor encapsulation insulation micro-cracks of dry-type aircore reactor.
