摘  要:通过设计改性环氧树脂乳液配方,改善水性环氧树脂的性能,测试改性后的树脂在金属上的防腐性能,选择最佳改性乳液。通过使用磷酸酯改性环氧树脂,制备出水性环氧磷酸乳液,并研究了不同固化剂与水性环氧磷酸乳液的配比对涂层性能的影响,为了确定改性乳液对耐腐蚀性的影响,设计并制备了一系列含有改性乳液的水性环氧树脂涂料。通过对涂层的性能表征得到最佳的比例:当磷酸羟基与环氧基团的物质的量比为2∶3时,产品性能最佳。By designing a modified epoxy resin emulsion formula,the performance of waterborne epoxy resins is improved;the corrosion resistance of the modified resin for metal is tested and the best modified emulsion is selected.The waterborne epoxy phosphoric acid emulsion is prepared by using phosphate ester to modify epoxy resin,and the effect of the ratio of different kinds of curing agent to waterborne epoxy phosphoric acid emulsion on the coating performance is studied.A series of water-based epoxy resin coatings containing modified emulsions are designed and prepared to study the influence of modified emulsion on the corrosion resistance.The best ratio is obtained by characterizing the performance of coating,when the molar ratio of the hydroxyl group of the phosphate to the epoxy group is 2∶3,the product will possess the optimal performance.
