摘 要:为了研究骨胶粘合剂在陶瓷成形中的作用,通过接枝聚合方法利用环氧氯丙烷改性骨胶粘合剂,改性后骨胶粘合剂应用于陶瓷注射成形技术和制备陶瓷成形过程中,通过水胶比、凝固点、接枝共聚时间、环氧氯丙烷用量、改性前后元素组成、注射料强度、拉伸剪切强度、抗冲击性、耐水性、耐温性、热稳定性11项指标分析改性骨胶粘合剂在陶瓷成形中的作用机理。实验结果表明,改性骨胶粘合剂水与骨胶最佳比例为1∶1;改性后骨胶粘合剂凝固点低至0℃以下;接枝共聚最佳时间为90min;环氧氯丙烷最佳加入量为0.6g;改性后骨胶元素组成明显改变;环氧氯丙烷相对分子质量越高生坯强度越高;改性后骨胶粘合剂制备陶瓷拉伸剪切强度明显高于未改性骨胶粘合剂制备陶瓷;陶瓷固化6h以及7h,抗冲击性能以及耐水性能最好;高温5h后陶瓷经过180℃仍无脱层。改性后骨胶粘合剂制备陶瓷仍可保持较高热稳定性。In order to study the role of bone glue in ceramic forming,the epichlorohydrin is used to modify the bone glue by grafting polymerization.The modified bone glue is used in ceramic injection molding technology and ceramic forming process;The water to gel ratio,freezing point,graft copolymerization time,amount of epichlorohydrin,element composition before and after the modification,strength of the injection material,tensile shear strength,impact resistance,water resistance,thermal endurance,thermal stability,and other 11 indexes are analyzed to investigate the role of modified bone glue in ceramic forming mechanism.The experimental results show that the optimal ratio of water to bone glue is 1:1;the freezing point of modified bone glue is lower than 0℃;the best time for grafting copolymerization is 90 minutes;the best added amount of epichlorohydrin is 0.6g;the element composition of bone glue has significantly changed after the modification;the higher the molecular weight of epichlorohydrin is,the higher the green strength is;the tensile shear strength of the ceramic prepared by the modified bone is obviously higher than that of the one which is synthesized with the unmodified bone glue.The ceramic will obtain the optimal impact resistance and water resistance after curing for 6h and 7h.After 5h at high temperature,the ceramic has no delamination after 180℃.The ceramics prepared with modified bone glue can still maintain a high thermal stability.
