摘 要:针对低渗透油田废水难以处理问题,设计以Fenton试剂为氧化剂,对处理后的污水COD进行降解实验,固定其余反应条件分别考察了过氧化氢加入量及加入次数、硫酸亚铁加入量、溶液的pH值及反应时间对COD去除率的影响。根据实验分析出几种反应条件的最佳值,并确定了低渗透油田污水COD降解最佳条件。实验结果表明,污水处理量在200mL时,最佳工艺条件为过氧化氢试剂量为2.5mL,投加次数为1次,硫酸亚铁加入量为0.3g,反应pH值约为5左右,反应时间选择150min,降解后的COD小于100mg/L。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to treat oil field wastewater with low permeability,the degradation experiment of COD is carried out with the Fenton reagent as oxidant.The effects of hydrogen peroxide addition amount and times,ferrous sulfate addition amount,pH value of the solution and reaction time on the COD removal rate are investigated respectively when other conditions are fixed.According to the experimental results,the optimum several reaction conditions are analyzed,and the optimal COD degradation conditions of the oilfield wastewater with low permeability are determined.The experimental results show that when the wastewater treatment capacity is 200mL,the optimum technological conditions are listed as follows:the hydrogen peroxide dosage is 2.5mL,and adding for 1 time;the amount of ferrous sulfate is 0.3g,the reaction pH value is about 5 and the reaction time is 150min.The concentration of COD is less than 100mg/L after the degradation.
