摘　　要：目的建立新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间重点部门医院感染防控管理策略,以期为新冠疫情防控提供参考。方法根据国家卫生健康委员会发布的系列新型冠状病毒肺炎防控文件指引,结合临床实际,制订重点部门的防控管理策略,对筛查的疑似或确认患者实施闭环式管理措施。结果截止2020年3月5日,某院无1例新冠疑似或确诊患者漏诊、无1例医务人员被感染。结论对手术室、消毒供应中心、胃镜室等重点部门实施医院感染防控管理策略,可有效保障医疗安全和避免医务人员发生院内感染。Objective To establish an infection prevention and control strategy in hospital’s key departments during the COVID-19 epidemic,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of the epidemic.Methods Based on the novel coronavirus infection control and prevention document issued by the National Health Commission combined with the clinical practice,we formulated the prevention and control management strategy for key departments,and implemented closed loop management measures for suspected or confirmed cases.Results As of March 5,2020,no suspected or confirmed COVID-19 cases were left out,and no medical staff were infected.Conclusion The prevention and control strategy of nosocomial infection in operating room,disinfection and supply center,gastroscopy room and other key departments can effectively guarantee the medical safety and avoid nosocomial infection among medical staff.
