摘　　要：今年以来,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在我国乃至全球传播,形势严峻,各地医院收治任务重,院内感染时有发生,医院感染管理难度大。为进一步加强医院感染管理,确保院感防控各项措施有效落实,加大医院感染管理人员配备力度,成立院感监督队伍。现就院感监督队伍管理方式进行论述,通过培训、考核、明确职责、结果反馈等,进一步加强院感监督员管理,发挥最大作用,最大限度保障医护人员及患者的生命安全。Since the beginning of this year,the COVID-19 epidemic has spread in China and even around the world.Against such a grim backdrop,the task of hospital admission is heavy,nosocomial infection occurs frequently,and it is difficult to manage nosocomial infection.In order to further strengthen the management of nosocomial infection,ensure the effective implementation of various measures of nosocomial infection prevention and control,and strengthen the allocation of hospital infection management personnel,a nosocomial infection supervision team was set up.This paper discusses the management mode of nosocomial infection supervision team and recommends effective means such as training,assessment,identified responsibilities and result feedback to further strengthen the management of nosocomial infection supervisors so as to better safeguard the safety of medical staff and patients.
