摘　　要：目的利用信息系统功能对PIVAS医嘱进行用药合理性前置审核,保证患者的用药安全。方法在医院信息系统(HIS)基础上,嵌入合理用药模块,对药物浓度用量错误和有配伍禁忌的医嘱在调配前进行自动拦截。结果该合理用药模块的应用对错误溶媒、超剂量使用、药物浓度过高(过低)和有配伍禁忌的医嘱进行拦截,起到很好的干预效果。结论合理用药模块的应用避免了用药错误,保证了患者的用药安全。Objective To preaudit the rationality of PIVAS medication orders to ensure patients’safe medication by means of the function of information system.Methods On the basis of hospital information system(HIS),the module of rational drug use is embedded to automatically intercept the orders with wrong drug concentration and dosage and incompatibility before deployment.Results The application of the rational drug use module can intercept the medication orders with wrong solvent,excessive dosage,too high(too low)drug concentration and incompatible medicines,and has a good intervention effect.Conclusion The application of rational medication module can avoid medication errors and ensure patients’safe medication.
