摘 要:2018年,国务院办公厅印发《关于促进“互联网+医疗健康”发展的意见》,提出允许医疗机构开展部分常见病、慢性病复诊等互联网医疗服务,为“互联网+医疗健康”明确了发展方向。本文通过浙大一院互联网医院的远程会诊、远程门诊、药物配送、预约检查及住院、检验检查结果查询、慢性病管理等方面以案例分析的形式,解读“以患者为中心”的大型综合医院建设的互联网医院服务模式。In 2018,the General Office of the State Council issued the opinions on promoting the development of“Internet plus medical and health care”,proposing to allow medical institutions to provide Internet medical services for some common diseases and chronic diseases,thus defining the development direction of“Internet plus medical and health care”.In this paper,the“Patient-centered”Internet Hospital Service Model Built in Large Comprehensive Hospitals the“patient-centered”Internet hospital service model built by large comprehensive hospitals is interpreted in the form of case analysis from the aspects of remote consultation,remote outpatient service,drug distribution,appointment examination and hospitalization,examination and examination result query,and chronic disease management of the Internet hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.
