微信在预防鼻窦炎术后复发中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨微信随访在预防慢性鼻-鼻窦炎、鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉手术患者术后复发的应用效果。方法将60例在我院行鼻窦炎手术、鼻窦炎并鼻息肉手术患者出院时随机分为微信组和对照组,对照组出院时给予术后康复宣教指导,微信组则采用建立微信群等方式,进行术后康复宣教指导,宣教内容包括口服药物指导、鼻喷药物指导、鼻腔冲洗指导、微信在线解答疑问。比较出院后2周两组口服药物的依从性,正确使用鼻喷药物及鼻腔冲洗的方法掌握程度及术后3周、3个月后鼻内镜下鼻腔粘膜情况及患者视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)情况。结果微信组口服药物的依从性,正确使用鼻喷药物及鼻腔冲洗方法掌握程度及术后3周,3个月鼻内镜下鼻腔粘膜情况及VAS评分情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信作为一种新的媒介方式,可明显降低鼻窦炎、鼻窦炎并鼻息肉手术后复发率。Objective To investigate the application of WeChat in preventing postoperative recurrence of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis or chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods Sixty patients with chronic rhinosinusitis or chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery were divided into two groups:the WeChat group and the control group,when leaving hospital.The control group was given postoperative rehabilitation instruction after leaving hospital;The WeChat group was created by a chat group to give postoperative rehabilitation instruction.The contents include oral medication guidance,nasal spray drug guidance,nasal irrigation guidance and answering questions in WeChat online.The compliance of oral medication between the two groups 2 weeks after leaving hospital,the mastery of correct nasal spray and nasal irrigation,and the nasal mucosa under nasal endoscope and patient visual analogue scale score(VAS)3 weeks and 3 months after leaving hospital were compared.Results The compliance of oral medication,the mastery of correct nasal spray and nasal irrigation in the WeChat group were better than those in the control group.Nasal mucosa under nasal endoscopy and patient visual analogue scale score(VAS)in 3 weeks and 3 months after endoscopic surgery was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion As a new media,WeChat can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of people who had chronic rhinosinusitis or chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps after rhinosinusitis surgery.
