摘 要:无底柱分段崩落法是目前采用崩落法矿山广泛使用的采矿方法,该采矿方法具有采场生产能力大、安全性高和成本低等突出优点。某矿山设计采用无底柱分段崩落法开采,但是在实际开采过程中,存在矿石损失率大、贫化率高、未形成覆盖岩层等问题,严重制约了矿山的安全、高效开采。通过现场调查和研究,发现出现上述问题主要是采切工程布置不合理造成的。研究通过对矿山采切工程布置进行优化,改变了原采切工程布置形式和切割槽的拉槽方式,大大降低了开采贫化率、提高了矿石回收率。As a widely used mining method in caving mines,sublevel caving without pillar is has outstanding advantages,for instance,large stope production capacity,high safety and low cost.Sublevel caving without pillar is applied in an iron mine.In the actual mining process,there exist some problems,for instance,high ore loss rate,high dilution rate and no overburden formation,which seriously restrict the safe and efficient mining of the mine.Through field investigation and research,it is found that the above problems are mainly caused by unreasonable layout of mining and cutting projects.By optimizing the layout of mining and cutting engineering,the original layout of mining and cutting engineering and the way of drawing the cutting groove were changed,which greatly reduced the mining dilution rate and improved the ore recovery rate.
