摘 要:本研究利用MS模拟和XPS表面测试技术,从晶体化学的角度分析了油酸钠作捕收剂时,白钨矿等6种含钙矿物自然可浮性差异产生的原因,并得出油酸钠浮选含钙矿物,可浮性的大小顺序为:方解石>氟磷灰石>萤石>石膏>白钨矿>硅灰石。含钙矿物晶体结构中Ca-O键的离子性程度对矿物表面元素种类和元素的相对含量有直接影响。X-O键的共价性程度则对Ca-O键的强度产生影响。由于油酸钠通常以化学吸附和静电吸附(以化学吸附为主)的形式吸附在矿物表面金属阳离子区域,所以具有较大∑Ca^2+/∑O^2-(F^-)值的萤石、方解石、氟磷灰石在油酸钠浮选体系中可浮性较好。Using MS simulation and XPS surface testing techniques,this paper analyzes the causes of the differences in the natural floatability of six calcium-containing minerals,such as scheelite,from the perspective of crystal chemistry when sodium oleate is used as a collector.It is concluded that the order of natural floatability of sodium oleate in flotation of calcium-containing minerals is calcite>fluorapatite>fluorite>gypsum>scheelite>wollastonite.The ionic degree of Ca-O bonds in the crystal structure of calcium-containing minerals has a direct influence on the types and relative contents of elements on the mineral surface.The covalent degree of X-O bond has an effect on the strength of Ca-O bond.As sodium oleate is usually adsorbed in the metal cation region on the mineral surface in the form of chemical adsorption and electrostatic adsorption(mainly chemical adsorption),fluorite,calcite and fluorapatite with larger∑Ca^2+/∑O^2-(F^-)values have better floatability in the sodium oleate flotation system.
