摘  要:针对湖南某多金属选矿厂球磨系统磨机利用率不高的问题,研究分别从入磨粒度、磨机介质充填率、磨矿浓度对球磨机产能进行优化调试。通过调节上述三个参数及球磨系统设备运行参数,考察球磨机产能、球磨机利用系数及溢流产品粒度变化情况,寻求球磨系统最佳的运行参数。通过工业调试,获得了在保证浮选段所需要的细度前提下,磨机处理量从128 t/h提高到150 t/h,提高幅度达17.19%的良好效果,达到了提高球磨效率的目标。Aiming at the problem of low utilization rate of the ball mill system of Shizhuyuan Dongbo Polymetallic Concentrator,a research was carried out to optimize and debug the capacity of the ball mill from the grinding particle size,the mill medium filling rate and the grinding concentration.By adjusting the above three parameters and the equipment operating parameters of the ball mill system,and investigating the capacity of the ball mill,as well as researching the utilization factor of the ball mill and the change in the granularity of the overflow product we worked out the best operating parameters of the ball milling system.Through industrial commissioning,the mill processing capacity was increased from 128 t/h to 150 t/h under the premise of ensuring the required fineness of the flotation section,with an increase of 17.19%,and the goal of improving the ball mill was achieved.
