摘  要:针对矿石二次循环破碎造成的过粉碎现象,通过跳汰工艺尽早回收解离后的粗粒单体钨,某钨矿选厂根据矿石性质、依据“多碎少磨”原则改进粗选工艺流程,在碎矿作业中将原有的传统型细碎机改用智能细碎机,应用智能细碎机后,通过经济效益分析发现,次生细泥减少了3%,重选段磨机台时处理能力提高了10%,每年增加效益总额79.9万元。数据表明,智能细碎机的应用能够提高重选处理能力,降低磨矿费用,实现“去人化”,对同类型选矿厂具有参考价值。In view of the over-crushing phenomenon caused by secondary crushing of ore,the dissociated coarse-grained monomer tungsten was recovered as soon as possible by jigging process.According to the ore properties and the principle of"more crushing and less grinding",a tungsten concentrator improved the roughing process,and changed the original traditional fine crusher into intelligent fine crusher in crushing operation.After applying intelligent fine crusher,the secondary fine mud was reduced by 3%,and the hourly processing capacity of the gravity separation stage mill was increased by 10%,with an annual total benefit of 799,000 yuan.The data show that the application of intelligent fine crusher can improve the gravity separation capacity,reduce the grinding cost and realize"humanization",which has important reference value for the same type of concentrator.
