吉林省2019年布鲁杆菌病监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析吉林省2019年布鲁杆菌病监测数据,了解吉林省布鲁杆菌病的疫情动态。方法根据《吉林省布鲁杆菌病监测方案》进行监测,依据《布鲁杆菌病诊断标准》(WS 269-2007),2019年7月1后为《布鲁杆菌病诊断标准》(WS 269-2019)进行诊断。结果人间监测:流行病学共调查17564人,血清学检查9251人,阳性970人,阳性率为10.49%。专项监测:牲畜交易市场人员及贩运牲畜等人员血清学检查277人,结果检出阳性20人,阳性率7.22%;屠宰牲畜人员血清学检查304人,结果检出阳性10人,阳性率为3.29%;皮毛乳肉加工人员血清学检查290人,阳性7人,阳性率2.41%;兽医血清学检查264人,阳性15人,阳性率5.68%。畜间监测:羊检疫77498只,阳性49只,阳性率63.23/10万,牛检疫24303头,阳性8头,阳性率为32.92/10万;羊免疫3835069只,免疫率为114.64%,牛免疫595126头,免疫率为104.59%。结论2019年吉林省布病疫情形势仍较为严峻,要继续加强人、畜间布病疫情监测,对重点人群强化健康教育宣传工作。Objective The monitoring data of brucellosis in Jilin province in 2019 were analyzed to understand the epidemic dynamics of brucellosis in Jilin Province.Methods The monitoring was according to the Brucellosis Surveillance Program of Jilin Province.Diagnosis was made according to Diagnostic Criteria for Brucellosis(WS 269-2007)and Diagnostic Criteria for Brucellosis(WS 269-2019)after July 1,2019.Results Human monitoring:A total of 17,564 people were investigated in epidemiology,9,251 people were serologically tested and 970 people were positive,with a positive rate of 10.49%.Special monitoring:The serological examination of 277 people in the livestock trading market and those involved in livestock trafficking showed that 20 people were positive,with a positive rate of 7.22%.Serological examination of 304 people slaughtered livestock showed that 10 people were positive,with a positive rate of 3.29%.Serological examination of 290 people engaged in fur,milk and meat processing showed that 7 of them were positive,with a positive rate of 2.41%.Veterinary serological examination showed 264 cases and 15 cases were positive,with a positive rate of 5.68%.Livestock monitoring:77,498 sheep were quarantined,49 of them were positive,positive rate was 63.23/100,000.24,303 cattle were quarantined,8 of them were positive,positive rate was 32.92/100,000.3835069 sheep were immunized,with an immunization rate of 114.64%and 595126 cattle with an immunization rate of 104.59%.Conclusion The epidemic situation of brucellosis in Jilin Province in 2019 is still relatively grim.It is necessary to continue to strengthen the surveillance of brucellosis among humans and livestock,and to strengthen health education and publicity for key populations.
