摘　　要：目的探究分析流行性出血热多尿期并发症的相关临床特点。方法选择2013年2月至2019年5月在本院住院治疗的流行性出血热患者489例为研究对象,详细完善患者病例资料,记录患者在整个住院治疗期间出现的相关并发症,采用回顾性分析法,分析患者多尿期期间出现的相关并发症的原因。结果489例流行性出血热患者多尿期出现各类不同的并发症,有的患者甚至合并2种或2种以上并发症,其中在多尿期各类并发症中主要以高血压为主,占7.77%,其次为皮肤损害和精神异常,分别占5.52%和3.89%。而各类并发症中肾盂肾炎、营养失调综合征及失明最少,均只有0.20%。结论流行性出血热患者其多尿期并发症主要还是以高血压为主,但部分患者往往合并多种并发症,且患者病情程度在与其合并并发症的多少密切相关。因此密切关注患者并发症情况,采取综合干预措施,对于改善患者预后及提高生活质量有着重要意义。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical characteristics of polyuria complications of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.Methods A total of 489 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patient case data were thoroughly detailed,and the related complications occurred during the entire hospitalization period were recorded.Analytical method to analyze the causes of related complications during the polyuria phase.Results A total of 489 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever had various complications during the polyuria phase,and some patients even combined 2 or more complications.Among them,hypertension was the main type of complications in the polyuria phase.It accounted for 7.77%,followed by skin damage and mental disorders,accounting for 5.52%and 3.89%,respectively.Among the various complications,pyelonephritis,dystrophy syndrome,and blindness were the least,only 0.20%.Conclusion Hypertension is the main complication of patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever,but some patients often have multiple complications,and the degree of the patient's condition is closely related to the number of complications.Therefore,it is of great significance to closely monitor the complications of patients and adopt comprehensive interventions to improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life.
