摘　　要：现代急诊医学和检验医学快速发展,急诊检验也随之受到重视,行业内也陆续出台了各种相关的指南与共识,但大多数指南没有明确的要求和措施,各种标准也分散在诸多行业规范当中,使得多数急诊实验室存在诸多影响实验室安全与质量的问题和隐患。作者结合近期推出的《急诊检验能力建设和规范中国专家共识》、各种相关的行业规范,以及本单位急诊检验的多年实践,对急诊检验的建立和运营做一全面梳理,以供交流与借鉴。With the rapid development of modern emergency medicine and laboratory medicine,emergency medical laboratory has acquired much more attention.The industry has also issued various relevant guidelines and consensus,but most of guidelines do not have clear requirements and measures as various standards are scattered,which makes emergency medical laboratories exist many problems and hidden dangers that affect laboratory safety and quality.The author combined the recently launched"Establishment of emergency medical laboratory ability and standardization of Chinese experts′consensus",various related industry norms,and the multi-year practice of emergency medical laboratory to conduct a comprehensive review of the establishment and operation of emergency medical laboratory for exchange and reference.
