摘 要:研究材料来源于南阳境内37株楸树优树,首先对37个楸树优树半同胞家系种子进行播种育苗,然后进行家系间选择,选出9个优良家系。又进行家系内的选择,从9个优良家系中用间比法选择出的322超级苗单株。进而连续进行一级筛选和二级筛选,选择出24个优良单株,在全国营建区域对比试验林。以期通过进一步观测,选择出遗传性状稳定的优良品种。通过此项研究表明:优树表型测定与子代测定相结合,来判断优树母株遗传品质的优劣,可以提高选优的精度和效率。In this study,37 half-sib families of CATALPA Bungei were selected from 37 superior trees in Nanyang.The seeds of 37 half-sib families were seeded and the 9 superior families were selected.In addition,322 super seedlings were selected from 9 excellent families by interval ratio method.Then,24 excellent individual trees were selected by first-class screening and second-class screening,and the regional contrast test forest was built in China.With a view to further observation,the selection of stable genetic traits of good varieties.The results showed that the combination of phenotypic test and progeny test could improve the precision and efficiency of selecting superior trees.
