摘　　要：目的分析重症手足口病(HFMD)患儿并发细菌性脑炎的危险因素,为预防重症HFMD患儿并发细菌性脑炎提供依据。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月在荆州市第一人民医院接受治疗的HFMD并发细菌性脑炎患儿150例为研究组,采用随机对照原则选取100例HFMD未并发细菌性脑炎患儿为对照组。比较两组患儿临床特征与实验室指标,采用Logistic回归模型分析HFMD患儿并发细菌性脑炎的危险因素。结果降钙素原水平、呼吸道感染、神经反射异常均是HFMD患儿并发细菌性脑炎的危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论临床应对降钙素原水平过高、发生呼吸道感染、神经反射异常的HFMD患儿加以重视,以预防细菌性脑炎的发生。Objective To analyze the risk factors of bacterial encephalitis in children with severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD),provide a basis for prevention of bacterial encephalitis in children with severe HFMD.Methods From January 2016 to Decem-ber 2018,150 children with HFMD complicated with bacterial encephalitis treated in the First People's Hospital of Jingzhou were selected as study group,100 children with HFMD and without bacterial encephalitis were selected as control group according to randomized control prin-ciple.The clinical characteristics and laboratory indicators were compared between the two groups,Logistic regression model was used to an-alyze the risk factors of bacterial encephalitis in HFMD children.Results Procalcitonin level,respiratory tract infection,and abnormal nerve reflex were risk factors of bacterial encephalitis in HFMD children,there was differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion More attention should be paid to HFMD children with high procalcitonin level,respiratory tract infection,and abnormal nerve reflex to prevent the occurrence of bacterial encephalitis.
