摘　　要：当前新型冠状病毒肺炎引起的全国疫情仍处于上升期,确诊病例数持续增加,疫情防控正处于严峻时刻.基层医疗机构是实施网格化管理的基础,是传染病防控的第一道防线.切实落实以基层为主的综合防控措施,加强预检分诊工作和发热患者管理,做到"早发现、早报告、早隔离、早诊断、早治疗",将有效的遏制疫情的扩散和蔓延.然而目前国内外有关新型冠状病毒肺炎社区防控的相关文献报道较少,为了做好基层疫情防控,本文详细的报道了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情上升期城市社区卫生服务中心发热患者管理实践,以期为基层疫情防控工作提供建议.The national epidemic caused by COVID-19 is still ongoing,the number of confirmed cases continues to increase,and the prevention and control of the epidemic are in a grim moment.Primary medical institutions are the basis of grid management and the first line of defense for prevention and control of infectious diseases.We should earnestly implement comprehensive prevention and control measures at the grass-roots level,and strengthen the pre-examination,triage,and management of fever patients to achieve the goals of"early detection,early report,early isolation,early diagnosis,and early treatment",which will effectively curb the spread of the epidemic.At present,there are few reports about COVID-19 community prevention and control.This paper gives a detailed description of the practice of fever patient management in urban community health service centers during the COVID-19 epidemic,with an aim to provide suggestions for the prevention and control of the epidemic at the primary medical institutions.
