摘  要:目的:对超声远程机器人操作图像获得难易度及远程端受检者体验度进行评价,为临床应用提供指导。方法:选取从事超声诊断年资相同的超声医师24名及志愿者24名,会诊端操作者对志愿者不同器官及不同体位采集标准切面超声图像,填写图像难易度及满意度量表;远程端志愿者对超声远程机器人进行受检体验,对受检过程中的体验填写舒适度及紧张度量表。结果:操作者甲状腺左叶长轴切面难易度(4.13±0.27)分,满意度(4.38±0.25)分;甲状腺右叶长轴切面难易度(7.08±0.33)分,满意度(6.67±0.32)分;左肝矢状切面难易度(7.58±0.27)分,满意度(8.23±0.29)分;右肝肋缘下斜切面难易度(5.95±0.26)分,满意度(5.88±0.23)分;仰卧位右肾长轴难易度(3.25±0.16)分,满意度(4.83±0.32)分;左侧卧位右肾长轴难易度(7.08±0.25)分,满意度(8.46±0.23)分。受检者甲状腺舒适度(6.95±0.29)分,紧张度(6.58±0.22)分;腹部舒适度(7.00±0.29)分,紧张度(4.00±0.28)分。结论:远程超声机器人一般应用体验良好,特殊位置图像采集需要变换体位;受检者检查前需要充分沟通,降低其因机械臂摆动造成的紧张。Objective:To evaluate the difficulty of obtaining the image and the experience of the remote end examinee of ultrasonic remote robot,to provide guidance for clinical application.Methods:24 sonography doctors with the same experience in ultrasound diagnosis and 24 volunteers were selected.The operators at the consultation end collected standard section ultrasound images from different organs and positions of volunteers,and filled in the scale of image difficulty and satisfaction;the volunteers at the remote end performed the inspection experience for the ultrasound remote robot,and filled in the comfort and tension measurement table for the experience in the inspection process.Results:The score of difficulty degree in the long axis section of left lobe of thyroid gland was 4.13±0.27,and satisfaction was 4.38±0.25;the score of difficulty degree in the long axis section of right lobe of thyroid gland was 7.08±0.33,and satisfaction was 6.67±0.32;the score of difficulty degree in the sagittal section of left liver was 7.58±0.27,and satisfaction was 8.23±0.29;the score of difficulty degree in the oblique section of right costal margin of liver was 5.95±0.26,and satisfaction was 5.88±0.23;the score of difficulty degree in the long axis section of right kidney in supine position was 3.25±0.16,and satisfaction was 4.83±0.32;the score of difficulty degree in the long axis section of right kidney in lying position was 7.08±0.25,and the satisfaction degree was 8.46±0.23.The score of thyroid comfort was 6.95±0.29,the tension was 6.58±0.22,the abdominal comfort was 7.00±0.29,the tension was 4.00±0.28.Conclusion:The application experience of the long-distance ultrasonic robot is good,the image acquisition of special position needs to change the body position;the examinee needs to fully communicate before inspection to reduce the tension caused by the swing of the mechanical arm.
