基于钻石模型的旅游产业竞争力研究——以三亚市为例

摘　　要：海南自由贸易试验区的建立对提升三亚市旅游产业竞争力具有重要意义。文章运用钻石模型分析三亚市旅游产业存在的不足之处。通过AHP构建竞争力评价指标体系,包括6个二级指标,18个三级指标,用德尔菲法对各个指标进行量化打分,发现三亚市旅游产业发展中存在的问题。通过对问题的分析,寻找具体的解决办法并给出相应的对策,以此来提升三亚市旅游产业竞争力。The establishment of the Hainan Free Trade Zone is of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness of tourism industry in Sanya. This paper analyzes the disadvantages of tourism industry in Sanya by using the diamond model. This paper constructs the competitiveness evaluation index system by AHP, which includes 6 first class indexes and 18 second class indexes. Then the Delphi method is used to score each index quantitatively, and the final evaluation value of each index is obtained. After numerical ranking and comparison, problems in the development of tourism industry in Sanya are found. Through the analysis of its problems,specific solutions and corresponding countermeasures are put forward to promote the further development of tourism industry competitiveness in Sanya.
