摘　　要：石化企业多数装置的包装车间安装有造粒机组,造粒机不锈钢传送带属常年运转,传送带边缘经常会出现裂纹,需及时发现和修复,否则裂纹过长就需要全部更换,费事、费力、成本高、还影响生产。为提高修复成功率、缩短修复时间,使修复达到预期效果,保证设备正常运行,避免更换新钢带,有必要设计制作出适合薄钢带焊接修复的专用夹具与保护装置,并研发出消除应力的工艺措施,减少因钢带开裂造成的不必要损失。In most petrochemical enterprises,the packaging workshops are equipped with granulation units.The stainless steel conveyor belt of the granulator runs all year round.The edges of the conveyor belt often have cracks,which need to be found and repaired in time.Otherwise,all cracks need to be replaced.In order to improve the success rate of repair,shorten the repair time,make the repair achieve the expected results,ensure the normal operation of the equipment,avoid the replacement of new steel strips,It is necessary to design and manufacture special fixtures and protection devices suitable for welding repair of thin steel strips,develop stress relief Process measures to reduce unnecessary losses due to cracking of the steel strip.
