摘　　要：课题将房屋土建工程中质量监督管理的方法、手段以及存在的问题作为研究切入点,展开课题研究。详细阐述了质量监督工作水平对于房屋土建工程的重要意义。并针对我国房屋土建工程质量监督管理中存在问题提出完善解决策略。The subject takes the methods,means and existing problems of quality supervision and management in housing civil engineering as the research entry point to carry out the subject research.The significance of the quality supervision work level for housing civil engineering is elaborated in detail.At the same time,it proposes a perfect solution strategy for the problems existing in the quality supervision and management of housing civil engineering in my country.
